Operational Framework and Jurisdictional Laws

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual agreement between Cruivantara and its passengers within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By utilizing this platform to reserve maritime leisure voyages, passengers agree to comply with these provisions, which operate in accordance with the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of Hong Kong. All services are strictly localized, and any operational disputes shall be adjudicated within the competent courts of the region.

Booking System and Payment Procedures

Passengers can initiate a voyage request through our interface. Once a spot is selected, the seat is held temporarily for a maximum window of 48 hours from the timestamp of the online reservation. To complete the booking process and secure the seat permanently, passengers must visit our registered office in person at 69 King's Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong to settle the full transactional balance. Failure to complete this step within the 48-hour window results in automated expiration of the hold, and the seat becomes available to other users.

Identity Requirements and Boarding Protocols

Passengers must present a valid government-issued identification document at the boarding port on the day of the voyage. This requirement is non-negotiable for maritime manifest compilation and regional safety compliance. Precise details regarding the exact boarding location are provided in writing to passengers during their visit to our registered office for final payment.

Booking Canceled / Zero Refund

It remains the personal responsibility of all passengers to arrive at the designated port exactly 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time to facilitate smooth boarding procedures. Passengers who fail to appear by the departure time are classified as a no show.

A no show status triggers immediate cancellation of the journey, and no refunds are issued under any circumstances. Furthermore, failure to produce a valid government identification document at the port prevents boarding and is similarly categorized as a passenger-initiated cancellation with no eligibility for refund recovery.

Cancellations and Refund Allocation

Passengers possess the option to cancel their bookings up until the day of departure. The outcome depends entirely on the timing of the cancellation request:

  • Prior to 24 Hours: Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours before the departure calendar date qualify for a full fee return, meaning one hundred percent of the paid amount is returned.
  • On the Day of Journey: Cancellations requested on the day of the voyage incur a 50% deduction fee, meaning half of the paid amount is retained as an operational fee, and the remaining 50% is returned.

Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, our office requests the necessary bank account credentials from the passenger to organize an electronic transfer. Cruivantara processes these funds internally within 24 hours of the formal request. However, the period required for the funds to reflect in the individual's personal bank account depends on their specific banking institution and may take up to 7 business days.

Platform Availability and Communication

For assistance, structural queries, or transactional updates, passengers can connect with our support team via electronic mail at help@cruivantara.com . Our support channels operate regularly from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 19:00 Hong Kong Time (HKT) . Liability Limits and Server Disruptions

Cruivantara maintains its digital platform on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted web access and hold no liability for data transmission failures or booking delays caused by external network issues. Passenger safety during voyages is governed by regional maritime safety guidelines, and liability for property loss or scheduling adjustments due to severe weather condition shifts is limited to the statutory boundaries permitted under Hong Kong law.
